The work

Rameez led the development of the anode powder line, lifting throughput ten times, from 50 to 500 parts a week, through custom automation and supplier innovation. He designed the manufacturing layout, the floor space planning, the production workflow and the equipment itself, all for fine metal powders between 5 and 25 microns, where combustibility is the constraint that shapes every decision.

Working with equipment suppliers and contractors, the line went from an empty floor to a combustibility risk-free facility built to ATEX standards for its various zones, in five months. He held mechanical and electrical ownership of the automated equipment design across five stations, covering bulk dispensers, sifters, blenders and compactors.
