Titan Elite

A compact 350 GPM turret for wildland conditions, operated from inside the cab.

350GPM max
200PSI max
4Axis control
20lbs

Why it exists

Manual turret operation is physically punishing and puts a firefighter outside the apparatus, exposed to heat and smoke. Changing flow traditionally means shutting down to swap tips, and stream placement depends on repositioning the vehicle.

Control

Four-axis motion over CANbus J1939 on 12 or 24 VDC, with 135° of vertical travel and 350° horizontal. Gallonage adjusts from the cab across a 15–45 GPM electronic nozzle range with no manual recalibration, and the operator reads live GPM, PSI and total water flowed while doing it.

Environment

Aluminium with a PTFE-impregnated hard anodise, rated −40° to 140°F. The material system is what lets a motorised waterway keep moving smoothly and keep sealing after seasons of salt, dust and vibration.
