Scaling the family

Prime shares Elite’s control architecture, materials system and environmental spec. The engineering leverage is in scaling the waterway and actuation without rebuilding the electronics or the operator interface — one control stack across a 350 to 1,250 GPM range.

Operation

Instant flow adjustment from low to high with no shutdown to change tips, across 500, 750 and 1000 GPM electronic nozzles. A detachable remote controller lets the operator move while keeping control of the stream.

The load

A motorised waterway has to hold precise position under the reaction force of 1,250 GPM, seal against 200 PSI, and run off vehicle power on a bus shared with the rest of the apparatus. Precision, sealing and thermal design stop being separate problems.
